Itco Tire Company
A leading distributor of tires and tire-related products, ITCO (Interstate
Tire Company) supplies tires, wheels, equipment, and tire-related products
to 40,000 tire stores around the country. When Itco Tire Company decided
to expand their facility by taking over the 85,000 sq. ft. that was vacant
next door, they called Pro-Construction to help. This multi-disciplined
project encompassed a wide spectrum of journeyman crafts. We renovated
the additional warehouse space by adding skylights, new roofing and new
warehouse doors for a better workflow. Itco also brought all of their
office personal to one location, so we renovated and added new office
space including, walls, ceilings, painting, interior finishes, electrical,
HVAC, plumbing and computer wiring.
