has taken empty spaces and designed and built them into fully functional
spaces for people who need help with their tax, mortgage and investment
concerns. All across Virginia, Pro-Construction has installed storefront
signage, walls, carpet, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire suppression and
all the final touches necessary to make people feel at home with H&R
